Anderson Fleet Restoration is a mobile heavy duty interior restorative cleaning business created in 2019, based in Calgary, Alberta.

This business wasn’t something I actually set out to build. It started when a friend needed help cleaning and prepping the interiors on a few heavy trucks he was selling.. and 7 years later I’m still at it!

What started almost by accident has grown into a specialized service focused on restoring heavy duty interiors.

Prior to this business I worked as a heavy duty mechanic for 12 years. I am Dual Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic for Off-Road & On-Highway, and carry a CVIP license.

Over my mechanic career I went from being primarily an oil field mechanic in Central Alberta to working at a used truck & equipment dealership in Calgary where I obtained an eye for cosmetics.

I focus on providing an industry standard, OEM style interior clean, also called reconditioning, for “any condition” high value heavy assets.

In early 2026 I increased capability by becoming ANSI/IICRC S540 certified, which is a biohazard cleaning technician license more or less.

This service is fully mobile and self sufficient, I carry everything needed to do professional work no matter where the assets are.

I fully respect your privacy by having a “no social media policy” and operating an unmarked service van.

Over 7 years this business has evolved from simple beginnings into what it is today. These days I primarily work with Tier 1 Heavy Commercial & Industrial entities with high compliance requirements. My main specialization is Lease & Rental return cleaning for OEMs, national & global companies.

I use practical cleaning methods that resemble industrial cleaning with a health and safety twist.

  • HEPA vacuuming dirt & debris removal
  • De-greasing & high temperature steam cleaning
  • Carpet & upholstery extraction & stain removal
  • Disinfection & deodorizing
  • HVAC servicing & ozone treatments if required

Hazard cleaning, also called remediation, is an industry regulated service to make the asset safe again. It involves following approved frameworks, specialized procedures and products.

Problems I have worked with are:

  • Hording & gross filth
  • Mice infestations
  • Body fluids
  • Cigarette nicotine tar
  • Severe odors

 

This service is particularly useful for lease & rental returns where you just never know what is being dropped off. I can escalate the normal service into hazard remediation on the fly, saving customers from finding a seperate biohazard company.

My family still continues working in the heavy industries to this day, and my business honors that tradition by having integrity and standing behind my work.
